Carmen is the Managing Partner of HR4Business. She is a Senior Consultant, Trainer, Executive Coach, and Facilitator of leadership and management-focused professional development programs.
Carmen holds more than 20 years of experience in human resources management, leadership and people development, and business. She has thorough expertise in executive coaching, maternity coaching, designing and rolling out women in leadership programs, developing organizational culture programs and leadership strategies, defining and delivering leadership and professional development programs, and providing Strategic HR Management consulting.
In recent years, since Carmen founded HR4Business in 2014, she has been sharing her expertise by working closely with forward-thinking and conscious leaders and organizations. Carmen’s client work spans various organizations – small, middle-market, and large-sized companies across a range of industries, including Automotive, Manufacturing & Materials, Retail & FMCG, IT/Technology, Healthcare, and Utilities/Public services.
Before HR4Business, Carmen held top leadership roles in HR in national and multinational companies. She started her career at SCR Group (Romanian Commercial Services) as a Human Resources Director. Carmen continued her career as a Human Resources Manager at Electrolux Romania, Rigips Romania, and Human Resources Director at FrieslandCampina Romania (Napolact, Frico, Campina, Milli, Oke, Dots brands). While at FrieslandCampina, Carmen had a strategic role and was a member of the Executive Board.
As an active member of the HR community, over the years, Carmen has contributed articles about leadership, people development, and HR strategy in publications such as HR Manager, Cariere, Ambition, Ziarul Financiar, and joined HR events as a speaker. An advocate for education, she was a Member of the Board of Advisors for Transylvania College, Cluj, and a Member of the Board of Advisors for Economic College, Cluj.
Carmen is passionate about using her experience, capability, and expertise to elevate people and organizations’ potential by supporting them to invest in their strengths to make a difference in their lives, careers, and development.
